This course is a mix of high-intensity training methods, designed to help you reduce body fat, improve muscle tone and develop general fitness.

Is this course suitable for me?

Yes. This course is designed for anyone of any fitness level. Fit Lean is the perfect course to get you started on your fitness journey. If you've struggled to get results on your own, this course will give you accountability and results you're after.

What can I expect?

You’ll attend 3 x small group sessions a week whilst also making changes to your lifestyle to help you achieve your fitness goals. You’ll be supported and held accountable by one of our fitness coaches and attend a full week of orientation sessions; covering a deep dive into nutrition, a technique masterclass, fitness testing and bespoke goal setting with your coach.

What is included and what does it cost?

The course runs for 9 weeks and includes 3 x sessions a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You'll receive a nutrition plan, weekly check-ins, assessments and accountability from your coach for £275.


After you've graduated your Fit Lean course, you'll automatically be enrolled onto our Fitness Membership with access to all our fitness classes for £75 a month. This is so you can continue building on your progress. There is also an option to add martial arts classes for just £25 a month extra on our Full Membership. Option to opt out of the rolling membership during your course. The course fee is non-refundable or transferable within 4 weeks of the starting date.
