This is a 12 week strength programme designed to improve lifting technique and strength development.​

Is this course suitable for me?

Fit Strong is a weight training programme suitable for complete beginners or advanced lifters looking for accountability and to add numbers to their lifts. Anyone can join!

What can I expect? 

You'll attend 3 x small group sessions a week with a focus on the 3 main lifts; squat, bench and deadlift. You'll perform accessory exercises with reps and sets designed to help you build strength. Week 1 & 2 will be a technique masterclass and bespoke goal setting with your coach. You'll also test for your 3 rep max on the main lifts. 

What is included and what does it cost?

The course runs for 12 weeks and includes 3 x weekly sessions. You'll receive a nutrition pack, weekly check ins, assessments and accountability from your coach for £275.

T&C's

After you've graduated your Fit Strong course, you'll automatically be enrolled onto our Fitness Membership with access to all our fitness classes for £75 a month. This is so you can continue building on your progress! There is also an option to add martial arts classes for just £25 a month extra on our Full Membership. Option to opt out of the rolling membership during your course. The course fee is non-refundable or transferable within 4 weeks of the starting date.
