What is Fit Strong?

Fit Strong is a 10-week strength program focused on improving your squat, bench, and deadlift.

You’ll train in a small group of 10 people, led by our expert coaches who will guide you through each session.

🎯 Finish by testing your 3 rep max and crushing your PRs.

The Program

Week 1:
Technique Focus

  • Learn perfect form for your compound lifts: squat, bench, and deadlift

  • Become familiar with accessory lifts

  • Fix weaknesses and prevent injury

  • Benchmark where your starting point is

Week 2 - 8:
Strength Block

  • 3 small group sessions per week

  • Customized progressions and assistance lifts

  • Increase your numbers week on week

  • On-going feedback from your coach

Week 9-10:
Dead Load & Testing

  • Mobility drills, yoga flows, light lifts ready for -

  • 3 rep max testing in all 3 lifts

  • Celebrate real, measurable strength gains

  • Be stronger, physically and mentally

I've never lifted before, can I join?

Yes! Week 1 is designed to teach you technique and anable you to make progress from your first session.

FAQs

I have some experience, will I benefit from the course?

Absolutely. We will work on developing and improving your technique so that you can grow your bar numbers and get stronger week on week.

What happens if I miss a session?

We can help you fit in a catch up session and adjust your plan so that you can stay on track.
