Fit Strong (Suitable for all)

Coached Sessions: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7am, 12pm

Non-Coached Sessions:Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5.30pm, 6.30pm

WHO: For those wanting to add muscle, bulk up or get stronger.

WHAT: Free weights, heavy sets. You get 3 small group training sessions per week, a nutrition pack, weekly accountability and support from your personal coach.

WHY: You're already hitting the gym but not seeing the results you want. You're not sure how to get stronger or add muscle and stay lean. With this programme, you WILL get strong and you will add muscle.
