Is This Course Suitable For Me?​
​Absolutely! Our beginners boxing course is designed for people with little to no boxing experience. No prior fitness level is required.
​
All ages, genders and body types are welcome. You'll be guided step by step, helping you feel comfortable and confident from your first session.

How The Beginners course Works​

​The course runs continuously in an 8 week cycle. You can join at any point and will still complete the full beginner syllabus.

Sessions focus on technical development and are designed in a way that builds solid fundamentals

Progress is individual. You'll move at your own pace and your coach will decide when you're ready for the intermediate classes.

No sparring for our beginners! Everything is taught in a safe, controlled environment.
