Tuesday, Thursday 5pm.

WHO: Young adults between the ages of 15 and 18 years who want to learn MMA, get fit and perhaps compete in the future.  

WHAT: Taught by professional MMA fighter, Stefan Murray, you will learn a combination of boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and grappling. Expect to improve fitness, coordination, and confidence.

Junior MMA

Tuesday, Thursday 4.30pm.

WHO: Young teenagers between the ages of 12 and 16 years who want to learn skills, feel empowered and build confidence.  

WHAT: You will learn the foundations of MMA including striking and grappling and develop your technique and fitness. You will work through a curriculum that will allow you to be graded and work your way through stripes and belts. 

WHY: You'll get fit, feel good about yourself, learn how to be disciplined and find out what your body can do.
