Is This Course Suitable For Me?

Absolutely! Our program is designed for complete beginners and those with limited experience - no specific fitness level or prior knowledge is required. You'll learn fundamental positions and concepts of Brazilian jiu-jitsu and get comfortable training in a small group with other beginners. Each session builds on the last, helping you steadily develop your skills and confidence. While BJJ does require time and dedication, the payoff -- improved fitness, self-defence skills, and mental well-being is well worth the effort!

Takedowns and Guard Pulling
