WHO: You're interested in getting into kickboxing as a sport or to improve your fitness as a complete beginner. You're already training in another martial art and want to complement it with kickboxing.
WHAT: Classes are taught by an MMA fighter who has years of experience in kickboxing and a range of other martial arts. Sessions will involve padwork and drills.
