Manchester Kickboxing

Kickboxing (Suitable for all)

Monday, Wednesday 12pm, 7.30pm

WHO: You're interested in getting into kickboxing as a sport or to improve your fitness as a complete beginner or you're already training in another martial art and want to complement it with kickboxing.  

WHAT: Classes are taught by an MMA fighter who has years of experience in kickboxing and a range of other martial arts. Sessions will involve padwork and drills. 

WHY: You'll learn to be proficient in a striking martial art and you'll get super fit whilst having a ton of fun.
