WHO: You want to learn how to box, sharpen you footwork, get fast hands whilst getting fitter than you thought you could. 

WHAT: Classes every day of the week apart from Sunday. Every class can cater for beginners depending on what you're looking for. Fitness and Fundamentals has more of a fitness focus whilst teaching you the basics. Skills and drills will take a closer look at the beautiful art.  

WHY: You'll be coached by Josh Cooke, an amateur boxer turning professional who lives and breathes the sport. He knows boxing inside out and can adapt his teaching to anyone. He makes the classes relaxed, fun and you'll enjoy every minute.
