Boxing Fitness and Fundamentals (Suitable for all)

WHO: You want to learn how to box, sharpen you footwork, get fast hands whilst getting fitter than you thought you could. 

WHAT:Due to government guidelines, classes will be solo drills and bag work. Your coach will make sure that you are learning solid fundamentals and improving your fitness. 

WHY: You'll be coached by Josh Cook, a professional boxer who lives and breathes the sport. He knows boxing inside out and can adapt his teaching to anyone. He makes the classes relaxed, fun and you'll enjoy every minute.
