HYROX at FIGHTING FIT

We do Hyrox differently at Fighting Fit Performance centre. Every workout is built on proven training principles to prepare you to perform at your absolute best.
We take an S&C perspective, blending functional strength, power, and endurance training, so you’re not just “doing a workout,” you’re building the capacity, efficiency, and resilience you need to excel in Hyrox events.

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • 🗓 Start Date: Tuesday 16th September

  • 📍 Location: Fighting Fit

  • 🧍‍♀️ Group Size: Max 10 people

  • 💸 Investment: £150 all inclusive

  • ⏱ Sessions/Week: 3x/week Choose from: Tuesday, Thursday 7am, 12pm, 6pm, 7pm and Saturday 9am

Am I fit enough to join in?

Yes! The workouts are done for time or reps. This means that you are competing with yourself and always looking to improve your own times. Wherever your starting point is, consistency and effort will mean that you get better and fitter. 

FAQs

Do I have to compete in an event?

Our Hyrox programme will help you build strength and cardio endurance . So, whether you conpete or not, you will see and feel the benefits from the programme. You can also help to support those athletes who want to compete

What happens if I miss a session?

We can help you fit in a catch up session and adjust your plan so that you can stay on track.
