Rise and Shine (Suitable for all)
Tuesday and Thursday 7am
WHO: For those wanting to get flexible and improve their mobility.
WHAT: A 45 minute mobility class, twice weekly. Expect lots of stretching and moving your body to ready it for the day ahead.
WHY: You want the most out of your martial arts/ fitness performance. Mobility work will reduce the risk of injury, decrease muscle tension, improve range of motion and ultimately provide longevity in the activities we love.
