Is this course suitable for me?

Yes. This course is designed for anyone of any fitness level. This is the perfect course to get you started on your fitness journey or get you into a position where you are ready to start a martial art. If you've struggled to get results on your own, this course will get you feeling fit and confident.

What can I expect?

You’ll attend 3 x small group circuit sessions a week that will include lifting weights, learning how to hit pads and moving like a martial artist. You’ll be coached by S&C specialists and experienced martial artists.

What is included and what does it cost?

The course runs for 4 weeks and includes 3 x sessions a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6pm. Accountability and support from your coach. 

At the end of the course, you will join us as a member and choose to either run through the course again, advance on to our Fit Strong or Hyrox programmes or move into one of the martial arts beginner classes.
