WHAT: Develop fundamental Olympic lifting skills including the snatch and the clean and jerk. Weightlifting is a highly technical and effective training modality that is implemented by elite athletes to maximise explosive power.

WHY: Lauren is a qualified Olympic Lifting coach with British Weightlifting. You will develop strength, power, mobility and movement control as well as a range of weightlifting skills.
