Our powerlifting programme is designed to strip back and develop your technique, get you understanding what powerlifting is all about and adding numbers to each lift.
- Orientation to assess technique and get baseline numbers
- 1 coached session per week - (Saturday 10.30am) - 3 more training sessions per week
