Our powerlifting programme is designed to strip back and develop your technique, get you understanding what powerlifting is all about and adding numbers to each lift. 

You get:

  • Orientation to assess technique and get baseline numbers
  • 3 small group classes each week - only 6 people in class, Monday, Wednesday Friday 6pm - 7.30pm
  • Classes are led by experienced powerlfiting coach 
  • Comprehensive programme that is personalised for you and your progress
  • Access to open gym training Saturday morning
