Our powerlifting programme is designed to strip back and develop your technique, get you understanding what powerlifting is all about and adding numbers to each lift. 

You get:

  • Orientation to assess technique and get baseline numbers
  • 1 coached session per week - (Saturday 10.30am) - 3 more training sessions per week
  • Course is written and led by experienced powerlfiting coach 
  • Comprehensive programme that is personalised for you and your progress

POWERLIFTING 10 Week Programme

  • Your deposit is non-refundable within 4 weeks of the start date of the course.

    You are not able to transfer your place to another course.

    Full payment for the course should be paid with 5 days of the start date of the course.
