A 6 week technical course to get you proficient in the foundations of Olympic Weight Lifting. If you're an absolute beginner, this will give you a great start. If you're already doing your own training, this will help to hone your technique and see your performance improve.
Olympic Weight Lifting is a great complement to other sports and will increase your power and explosiveness.
The class will be kept to 6 people in order to ensure that you get a good level of personal tuition from the coach.
Classes are Tuesday, Thursday at 6pm and Sunday 10am.
