If you are interested in getting started in kickboxing, this 8 week course will give you a foundation in skills, technique, fitness and mobility.
Get super fit with bag work, striking drills, partner technique drills and then advance to light sparring.
The 8 week package includes 4 classes per week, gloves, t-shirt and mouth guard.
Classes are at 12pm or 7.30pm Monday and Wednesday.
