If you are interested in getting started in MMA, this 8 week course will give you a foundation in skills, technique, fitness and mobility.
Get super fit with striking drills, partner technique drills and then advance to light sparring.
The 8 week package includes 5 classes per week; Tuesday and Thursday, 6pm and 7pm (submission grappling and mma tech) + your choice of kickboxing class each week. You will also receive gloves, shin guards, tshirt and mouth guard,
