Begin with the initial workshop that will take you through the basic requirements to attend the course and then foundation technique in headstand, handstand, flag and muscle-up.


Then, get started on the 12 week course:

  • 3 sessions per week of small group training led by our calisthenics specialists
  • Build strength and develop technique to allow you to improve as quickly as possible
