POWERLIFTING COURSE (Beginners Only)
WHO: For those interested in training in the sport of powerlifting, learing more about it and possibly competing.
WHAT: SBD: Squat, Bench, Deadlift. You get 1 small group classes per week- only 6 people - lead closely by our powerlifting coach to ensure that you perfect your technique and add numbers to your total. Plus, 3 more training sessions with programming.
WHY: You are already a gym goer but are interested in the sport. You want to get super strong but need coaching on technique and programming done for you.
HOW: Get in touch. Places are restricted even more due to current guidelines but, we do have a waiting list.
