WHO: For those who want to perfect their Olympic Lifting technique. Perhaps you're an absolute beginner or, maybe you are training by yourself and want to make some improvements.
WHAT: In this class you will develop fundamental Olympic lifting skills including the snatch and the clean and jerk. Weightlifting is a highly technical and effective training modality that is implemented by elite athletes to maximise explosive power.
WHY: You will develop strength, power, mobility and movement control as well as a range of weightlifting skills.
HOW: Our next 10 week beginners course starts 14th September every Tuesday and Thursday at 5.30pm or 6.30pm. Places are limited to 6 people so, sign up by clicking the link below.
