WHO: For those wanting to switch up their workouts, take on a new challenge and see what their bodies are really capable of.
WHAT: Body weight training: muscle-ups, pull-ups, head stands, hand stands, flag, levers. You get 3 small group classes per week, personalised progressions and an accountability coach.
WHY: You want to challenge yourself, see changes and improvements in your body that you aren't getting with your current programme and look super cool whilst you're doing it!
