Is this course suitable for me?

This is a step up from our Fit Lean programme. We encourage beginners to progress into Fit Athlete after completing a round of Fit Lean. If you already have a base level of fitness, then this course is suitable for you!

What can I expect?

During the10 week course you'll attend 3 x small group sessions. Week 1 will be testing and technique week. You'll have the opportunity to perfect your technique with your coach before taking part in your fitness testing. You can expect to learn olympic lifting movement patterns such as the snatch and the clean and jerk. Perform a series of challenge circuits to improve power, endurance and strength using the bar, kettlebells and dumbbells. 

What does it cost and what's included?

This course runs for 10 weeks and includes 3 weekly sessions. You'll receive weekly check ins, assessments and accountability from your coach for £275.


After you've graduated your Fit Athlete course, you'll automatically be enrolled onto our Fitness Membership with access to all our fitness classes for £75 a month. This is so you can continue building on your progress! There is also an option to add martial arts classes for just £25 a month extra on our Full Membership. Option to opt out of the rolling membership during your course. The course fee is non-refundable or transferable within 4 weeks of the starting date.
