Eating well during this period at home is going to be more difficult than usual. We all know how easy it is to fall into bad habits and eat through boredom. If you aren't currently able to train as you are used to, you need to think about adjusting your calories appropriately. Here, we're going to give you some resources to help you through the next few weeks without everything going out the window. We have a couple of information videos about nutrition from our qualified nutritionist, Mike Woodhall, nutrition programmes for different purposes and recipe cards. We will add to these and grow a bank of simple, tasty, tried and tested meals that will fit into your programme.
