WHO: For those who want to perfect their Olympic Lifting technique. Perhaps you're an absolute beginner or, maybe you are training by yourself and want to make some improvements. 

WHAT: 6 week course teaching the technicalities of the lifts and how to complement your current training with them.  

WHY: You already train either at the gym or in a sport and you know that your power and explosiveness can be increased by using Olympic lifting.
